Fitness Evaluation
Have your current fitness levels evaluated. The
results are used to create a well-rounded program designed to meet the
individual's specific goals and needs. An evaluation consists of a
medical history form, baseline information on height, weight, resting
heart rate and blood pressure. Components of physical fitness
evaluation include cardiovascular endurance, body composition,
flexibility, muscular endurance and strength.
$40.00 Body
Composition and Caloric Assessment A
certified personal trainer will take your body composition and do an
assessment of your estimated BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) which means the
number of calories you burn in a day. The approximate amount of
calories and a breakdown of carbohydrates, fat and protein will be
calculated. Note: BMR
should be adjusted every decade of your life (Getchell, 1983). $15.00
